We want to be inspired by women like you. Purpose-driven women who challenge conventional ways of thinking, who dare to ask questions to seek better answers.

If you want the chance to do something that matters to you, to make an impact, to be true to yourself and to speak out about your ideas, enter the EY Corporate Finance Woman of the Year competition for your opportunity to make the world work better.

This is more than just an international competition — it offers the chance to:

• Start making long-lasting contacts who’ll drive your consulting career forward;

• Learn about the variety of career experiences in Strategy and Transactions; and

• Discover how a leading-class professional services organisation helps add value through purpose and diversity to clients.

• Win a paid internship in Strategy and Transactions.

It’s why we’re supporting the EY Corporate Finance Woman of the Year (CFWY) competition in over 20 countries around the world.

Stage 1: Regional Finals

You will be invited to the Regional Finals. Regional winners will be rewarded with an EY internship and progress to the Oceania Final.
